Through our Commercial Strategy, we’re heavily investing in simplifying and modernising our systems and processes so that our people can spend less time navigating internal processes and more time helping our customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Strategy & Transformation Change Leads with development and implementation of the change management strategy and delivery plan for the Australia Commercial initiatives, such as the Customer Relationship Management tool (CRM).
This role is part of Australia Commercial Strategy and Transformation change team and reports to the Senior Change Manager for CRM. You will also be part of the relevant multi-disciplinary initiative team within Australia Commercial, ensuring change delivery is tailored and effective in driving adoption of the initiatives across Commercial Division.
With the customer and banker at the heart of your decision making, this role will:
Lead components of change management planning and delivery, such as development of KnowHow process and reference guides to equip frontline and other impacted teams with required knowledge and training to adopt the new system and processes.
Support the Change Lead with key deliverables, such as the drafting and execution of communications, completing change readiness checks, conducting pilot and national rollout hypercare, and ensuring the change is successfully transitioned to BAU and embedded.
Collaborate with the initiative/project team to ensure that all change impacts, risks, and dependencies are considered and built into the change delivery plan.
Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective stakeholder engagement throughout the change delivery lifecycle.
Manage and maintain change milestones and tasks within Jira and Confluence.

What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and ability to deliver clear, simple and effective styles of facilitation and presentations.
Demonstrable experience in the Change Management discipline.
A strong execution mindset and ability to deliver quality outputs within required timeframes.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with effective communication, influencing and relationship building ability.
Strong planning, co-ordination, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
Ability to work in ambiguous, fast paced, and cross-functional environments.
Understanding of the commercial lending environment within ANZ will be highly regarded.
Experienced in the use of change management methodologies such as PROSCI and similar frameworks will be highly regarded.
Ideally you will also have experience in Agile methods of working including use of Jira and Confluence.
