SUMMARY:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements within Business Execution. Review and analyze basic or tactical Business Execution assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables. Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Provide information to client personnel in Business Execution.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
- Strong Change Management skills – ability to collect info, organize priorities, set plans, and meet deliverables
- Knowledge of business procedures and implementation
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to communicate with Senior leadership to provide updates
- Ability to reach out to other teams to perform intakes and gather information
- Knowledge of operational risk and controls
- Experience using Microsoft products
- Experience in home lending processes and operations
- Experience in capital markets with strong knowledge of processes
- Banking and finance experience
Change management project support at a similar sized or structured compan
Responsibilities:
This contractor will be leading numerous change management initiatives within the Home Lending Capital Markets Business Support Team to update business processes and risk controls in order to comply with global policy updates and investor insurer guidelines.
Responsible for execution of change requests for Capital Markets teams in accordance with procedures and policies.
Will be the primary Change Manager and owner of all initiatives responsible for execution from beginning to end
Manage a pipeline of 10-20 change management initiatives at a time
Setting up meetings and working with multiple teams to gather information on policy, procedures, risks, de-escalations, etc.
