Description:
This crucial role will provide leadership and hands on delivery of change management activities for programs and projects. They will focus on the end-to-end change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.
- Tertiary Qualification (or equivalent extensive experience) in information technology, computer science, business or related discipline.
- Change management certification or designation desired; Prosci Certification, plus and demonstratable experience.
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
- Extensive applied experience in fit for purpose change management, communications and training, utilising social media for change management and promotion of program status, activities, and communications.
Experience effecting business change to ensure projects are accepted by the business and deliver expected business value.Experience in change management in an agile environment.
