Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

As a Change Manager at APRA, you will join a central change management team providing change management services and support for the portfolio of projects and initiatives across APRA.
The successful candidate will have experience in providing change management services and support to large and complex projects from planning through all execution phases to completion and transition to BAU.
Projects are varied and range from business projects with the financial services entities APRA regulates through to internal projects to improve capabilities within APRA.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute the change management components of plans, including:
  • Change impact assessment, working with the business to assess and validate change impacts and readiness
  • Change strategy and approach
  • Communications planning and execution
  • Learning planning and execution
  • Transition to BAU
  • Identify change risks and mitigate these
  • Assess capability uplift required across the impacted teams and conduct learning needs analyses for impacted stakeholders, including the approach and roadmap for delivery of effective training materials/tools and encompassing logistics and delivery
  • Work with the internal communications teams to develop communications plans that align with APRA’s overall strategic direction and broader APRA communications activities
  • Monitor success to mitigate change impacts and support effective adoption and transition to BAU
