HIGHLY DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:

  • Created or coauthored, people related change plans and exposure to the deployment of people specific change, change impact assessments and change plans in customer facing organisations.
  • Experience in creating capability uplift/training plans.

Responsibilities:

iSelect is looking for an experienced Change Manager for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract to lead the change management efforts for our Omni Genesys Migration project, focusing on the transition from Genesys Pureconnect to Genesys Cloud CX. In this role, you will ensure that changes are implemented smoothly and effectively to meet the goals of the project and iSelect’s objectives.
Your responsibilities will include defining and driving change by setting clear objectives, collaborating on Change Impact Assessments, and identifying gaps in target states to inform training needs. You will develop a comprehensive Change Management Strategy and Plan, engage key stakeholders to secure their support, and execute a communication strategy to keep everyone informed. Additionally, you will support training efforts, monitor progress, manage risks, and evaluate the effectiveness of the change initiatives. Your role will also involve providing ongoing support and ensuring a smooth transition to Business as Usual.
