The Vacancy
We are always looking for exceptional individuals to join our multinational group of talented professionals and right now we are currently seeking an experienced Change Manager to join our team to support our global projects.
As a Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and implementing change initiatives within Megger. Your role will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, roles and responsibility and structures.
Your primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans using communication, engagement, business readiness and training interventions that ensure a smooth transition from the current to future state.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance to change and develop specific plans to address it.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Support communication efforts by creating and delivering communications related to change initiatives.
- Track and report on change management activities and outcomes, ensuring that project objectives are met on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans.
- Develop and implement a change framework for projects to adopt, where a Change Manager is not available.
- Provide coaching, tools and techniques to other project delivery roles on best practice to improve adoption of change.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Change Manager or in a similar role, with a successful track record of managing change initiatives.
- Change management certification (e.g., PROSCI, APMG) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
