YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Master/Bachelor/Vocational Degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in multinational, preferably in shared services or in PMO organisation
• Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
• Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
• Change Management knowledge, certificate (preferably PROSCI) and/or experience
• Project Management experience and knowledge is a plus
• Fluent in English is mandatory. Any other language is a plus
• Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
• Flexible and adaptable
• Ability to see through and understand organizational issues and challenges
• Cultural sensitivity – the Change Manager in a multinational environment should be able to navigate and understand diverse cultural nuances that may influence the change adoption process

You as an Organizational Change Manager will be play a key role in ensuring projects meet their defined objectives by increasing user adoption of the change (changed service/platform/way of working/process/ etc.) brought along by the projects. Your focus area will be to support the people side of the Digital Transformation initiatives to achieve their goals.
