Responsibilities:
As an active member of the Change Practice, you will provide input into the Project Management framework deliverables, as well as the following responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate organisational change and engagement plans and strategies, including contributing to scope planning and business case development where required
- Partner with project and business stakeholders to complete high level and detailed change analytics/diagnostics to determine scale and risk of change impacts
- Collaborate with the project team to develop stakeholder management and resistance plans
- Define, measure, and monitor change metrics and create and implement action plans to ensure business change readiness
- Support learning plan analysis and implementation to increase user readiness
- Prepare support plans for end users as part of hypercare implementation processes
