Description:
For one of our clients In Luxembourg, we are looking for a Change Manager for Concur Implementation project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy for the Concur implementation.
- Design and execute a communication plan to ensure effective stakeholder engagement across the institution.
- Create and deliver a training plan to support user adoption and system proficiency.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify change impacts and manage resistance.
- Track change progress and provide ongoing support to ensure a smooth transition.
- Conduct readiness assessments and adjust strategies based on feedback and performance metrics.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
- Proven experience in change management, preferably in software implementation projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience developing training materials and delivering workshops.
- Familiarity with Concur or similar expense management systems is a plus.
- Fluency in French.
This is role for an independent consultant with a start date in February 2025. Initial contract is for 6 months
