Description:

For one of our clients In Luxembourg, we are looking for a Change Manager for Concur Implementation project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy for the Concur implementation.
  • Design and execute a communication plan to ensure effective stakeholder engagement across the institution.
  • Create and deliver a training plan to support user adoption and system proficiency.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify change impacts and manage resistance.
  • Track change progress and provide ongoing support to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Conduct readiness assessments and adjust strategies based on feedback and performance metrics.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in change management, preferably in software implementation projects.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience developing training materials and delivering workshops.
  • Familiarity with Concur or similar expense management systems is a plus.
  • Fluency in French.

This is role for an independent consultant with a start date in February 2025. Initial contract is for 6 months
