emagine is seeking a Change Manager to support the implementation of a Data Foundation across multiple Lines of Business (LoB) engagements for our client in the pharmaceutical industry. This role focuses on communication, stakeholder management, training, and feedback loops, all essential for a successful change initiative.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Proficiency in change management methodologies and best practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels.
• Experience leading change initiatives, especially in data and analytics, preferably within healthcare.
• Knowledge of data management, governance, and related challenges.
• Relevant educational background or certifications in change management or data-related technologies.
