The skills we are looking for to lead our PsychoSocial Hazards change program:
Organisational psychology
Leadership development
Learning and development
Coaching
Facilitation
Psychometric assessment accreditations (preferred)

AND THE PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE:

Tertiary level qualifications across Learning and Development, Psychology, Human Resources and/or related business discipline
5+ years in a consultative or management role with a focus on: designing, facilitating, and implementing organisational development, organisational psychology, leadership assessment & development, workforce development, learning & development, change management and people strategies
Broad understanding of organisational capability issues within large and complex organisations
Strong analytical skills and the capacity to interpret data
Exceptional communication, relationship building and group facilitation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels
The capability to think, articulate and write logically
Strong problem-solving ability applied in a structured way
Understanding and use of project management tools and experience in defining and delivering projects, or working in a project environment
