Responsibilities:

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Channel Account Executive: supporting channel sales account team to deliver against revenue targets. This is a development role with the opportunity to move into a full account management (Channel Partner Manager) position in the future.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS JOB

  • Act as office-based contact for key or named accounts/Annual Leave cover
  • Act responsively and in a timely manner to customer queries and requests
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally on named accounts
  • Work with the Channel Partner Manager’s and Account Director’s within team on contact strategy and business development planning
  • Attend regular product training courses to maintain high level of product knowledge with an understanding of the unique selling points for each product. Keeping above 95% completion on all in-house training courses (on “Edison") and completing/keeping at least one relevant formal vendor accreditation per annum
  • Attend quarterly review meetings with key partners and educate partners on Exponential-e product and services portfolio
  • Help team achieve revenue acquisition, meetings and pipeline targets to earn commissionable element
  • Help with in-flight order/changes amends/upgrades and churn
  • Work with the account team on bids/pricing upon request
