We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Channel Account Manager to join our growing team and contribute to the success of our organisation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience within a relevant role.
- Strong sales skills and a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Demonstrated organisational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity and understanding of market trends
- Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Actively represent Distology each day reflecting the core company values.
- Have an understanding of the role of CRM systems (desirably Salesforce.com).
- Demonstrate passion, enthusiasm, and self-confidence in everything you do.
- Be able to work both independently and within a team.

Responsibilities:
Develop Key & Prospect Accounts: Identify and cultivate key accounts, as well as explore new prospects to expand our client base. Utilise strong sales skills to establish and maintain relationships.
Manage Expectations: Effectively manage expectations from various stakeholders, balancing the needs of vendors, partners, internal teams, and management. Prioritise and allocate time efficiently to meet deadlines.
Sales Skills: Demonstrate a strong aptitude for sales, including negotiation, persuasion, and closing techniques. Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building.
New Business Development: Proactively seek out and capitalise on new business opportunities. Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and revenue.
Manage Pipeline: Maintain a robust sales pipeline by consistently updating and managing leads, opportunities, and interactions. Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts.
Organisational Skills: Exhibit strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Stay organised and focused in a fast-paced sales environment.
Engage: Comfortably engage in phone calls and presentations in an open and competitive workplace. Showcase confidence and professionalism in all communication.
Provide Value: Understand both vendor and partner needs and challenges to offer tailored solutions that provide exceptional value. Build lasting relationships by exceeding expectations.
