Description:

We are looking for a Channel Development Manager to identify, build and nurture commercial partnerships and drive a pipeline of leads for Zoom in the DACH region. This Channel Development Manager will identify new target partners in the form of consulting companies, SIs and VARs. They will successfully gain their interest in a partnership with Zoom to create and manage a steady pipeline. They will also onboard and enable partners for growth and high performance – and own the execution of these plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying new target partners in the form of consulting companies, SIs and VARs. Successfully gain their interest in a partnership with Zoom to create and manage a steady pipeline.
  • Negotiating mutually-beneficial Partner agreements.
  • Onboarding and enable partners for growth and high performance – and own the execution of theseplans.
  • Building joint business plans with partners to enter new markets and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Establishing the right value propositions with partners to ensure a successful partnership and ensure Zoom customers enjoy the highest adoption & satisfaction rates.
  • Exceeding quarterly sourced and influence revenue targets.
  • Partnering with Zoom sales, solutions and marketing teams to exceed joint goals.
  • Contributing thought leadership to partners and provide feedback to Zoom’s product team allowing us to constantly improve and exceed customer & partner expectations.
