The Channel Manager is responsible for developing, managing and optimising Nuix’s indirect sales channels within the region (Germany, Austria & Switzerland). This role will focus on Arina, SVA & Swiss FTC, among others, with a Named Account Model and bespoke incentivization plans to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the relationship and performance of Nuix’s distribution channels in the DACH region and be responsible for the Key partners.
Drive and be responsible for revenue growth by more than 30%, developing, managing and optimising indirect sales channels.
Expand market research by building strong partner relationships, creating effective channel strategies and ensuring that partners are equipped to sell Nuix’s products effectively.
Identifying new customers that align with Nuix’s company goals.
Create tailored sales strategies and marketing strategies with each partner.
Provide training, resources and support to customers to ensure they are knowledgeable about Nuix products.
Build and maintain strong, multi-level, relationships and identify new market opportunities.
Provide regular sales forecasts and report to give insights into channel performance and future projections.
Support with promotional activities to drive sales through the channel.
Gather and relay feedback and share with product development teams to help shape future product enhancements.
Own and manage the partner lifecycle within the region from acquisition, enablement, management and offboarding while aligning to the global partner programme.
Presence in the Nuix Frankfurt office when not on partner site.
Demonstrate the Nuix behaviours at all times.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
5 to 10 years’ experience in managing channel partners demonstrating revenue growth within the software and enterprise solution space, ideally with experience selling Investigations, Forensics, eDiscovery and Artificial Intelligence.
Deep understanding of the partner lifecycle.
Extensive experience of executing partner growth strategies while aligning to global partner programmes.
