At the core of our business is our patented technology that makes it possible to add, modify or remove features in compiled games to make them compatible with the requirements of any store without source code change. The technology does not require game developers to do any redevelopment work and does not require access to the game’s source code. It can enhance existing applications by adding features and functionality, such as gifting, in-app billing and several other solutions, primarily to drive revenue and user engagement.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Channel Manager to manage and grow one of Flexion’s strategic distribution partners. You will be responsible for managing the strategic relationship, identifying and onboarding new projects and managing the performance of our unprecedented portfolio of top grossing games. The ideal candidate will combine commercial experience (preferably in channel and portfolio management) with strong communication and interpersonal skills. A deep understanding of monetization and marketing of mobile games together with sound commercial and sales project management will make you thrive in this position.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop strategic relationship on all levels of the distribution channel organization and connect these into Flexion organization
  • Identify and onboard new projects
  • Manage the performance of our games, and develop strategies to improve their sales and revenue
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with game partners, and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align sales and channel efforts
  • Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditions
  • Create and manage channel partner budgets and forecasts
  • Measure and report on the performance of channel partners
  • Identify and resolve conflicts and challenges within the channel
  • Provide support and guidance to partners on product and solution offerings
  • Develop best practices to foster, manage, and track opportunities
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company
