Responsibilities:
- Manage and controlled TTC budget through a monthly TTC review meeting with the finance team
- Build a full year by sub-channel & category strategy to insure MS growth, monthly review with S&CM team
- Build a full year forecast by BGR/Branch/Customer , monthly forecast meeting review with the supply chain team to insure forecast accuracy
- Facilitating and collaborating with different support functions to ensure Beiersdorf KPIs are delivered within set parameters
- Build a direct and indirect distribution strategy plan to insure BDF top selling SKUs distribution within Nielsen Gold customers
- Monthly overdue review with the team to insure clean outstanding records
- New products listing plan by channel/customer
- Preparing activation plan by customer/sub-channel
- Establish and maintain effective Customer relationship
