SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Successful candidates for this role will generally possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • 3+ years of experience with sales, business development, partner management in banking, other financial services, or fintech.
  • Software/tech industry/SaaS experience preferable
  • Outstanding communication with partners as well as internally
  • Strong relationship building, listening and follow-through abilities.
  • A good network of relevant contacts would be ideal
  • Knowledge of the payment and authentication industry
  • A great business acumen mixed with technical expertise, being able to bridge the gap between business and technology.
  • Experience of working with multinational teams and clients
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills to manage senior level internal and external stakeholders to secure buy-in.
  • Excellent presentation and documentation skills
  • Exceptional team player and proven ability to work cross-functionally as the success of this role will be dependent on working closely with other teams across the company.
  • Ability to prioritise and focus on key deliverables, executing small work packages in a fast and entrepreneurial way.
  • Curiosity to learn and develop
  • Willingness to travel as required

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

Entersekt is looking for a Partnership Manager in the European region to help us to create new and to leverage existing channel partnerships with Financial Institutions. We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, and customer-focused individual with relevant experience in business development and partner management in the Financial Services sector. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and stakeholder relation skills. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by creating additional value for the organisation through creating and managing regional channel partnerships.
Reporting and working alongside a Senior Partnerships Director, responsibilities include developing and managing channel partners, forecasting partner pipeline, engaging with partners at senior level and being the face to current and potential new partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Grow partner ecosystems that enable the regional sales teams to drive regional revenue goals.
  • Identify potential new channel partners across a variety of clusters, segments and specific area of expertise.
  • Evaluate the financial and non-financial benefits and risks of new partnerships by developing comprehensive go-to-market plans.
  • Track, report, and optimize the performance of partnerships, including identifying issues as they arise, assessing possible solutions, and executing them.
  • Work closely with the Partnership Directors, Marketing, Product and Sales leaders to grow the channel program globally.
  • Collaborate closely with regional sales teams to enable revenue growth opportunities with existing and potential partners, taking responsibility for the partner relationship management throughout all stages.
  • Account management for existing partners: Regular meetings, regular reports and updates, business development, marketing planning and pipeline reviews.
  • Manage channel training to educate, motivate and align sales teams to the channel partner program.
  • In addition to channel partners, you will also establish and manage relationships with selected strategic Technology Partners on various aspects
  • Support the Global Channel Partnerships team with the following:
  • Reporting, Administration of Salesforce, Power BI and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tool to ensure data is always kept up to date and consistent
  • Management of Marketplace Partnerships
  • Ownership of internal processes
