YOUR MISSION:
As a Channel Sales Engineer (f/m/d)* at Parloa, your mission is to drive revenue by proving the value of our products and solutions to prospects through channel partners. Working closely with partners and clients throughout the sales process and beyond, you will understand their needs, design solutions, and ensure a seamless customer journey. Your role involves collaboration with channel partners and the sales team, contributing to partner enablement, educating clients about Parloa’s solutions and AI, and leading Proof of Concepts to demonstrate the practical value to specific customers in their environments.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to channel partners, ensuring they have the technical resources and assistance needed to succeed.
- Drive initiatives that enhance the effectiveness and reach of the partnerships team.
- Enable our partners to drive sales more effectively by delivering targeted training and support.
- Prepare the partnerships department for scaling by developing scalable processes, documentation, and training materials.
- Onboard partners for sales engineering topics, including creating onboarding materials, setting up environments, and actively communicating enablement topics.
- Support ongoing enablement efforts to keep partners up-to-date with the latest product developments and sales strategies.
- Coordinate closely with the partnerships team and partners to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
- Conduct recurring enablement sessions and webinars on cross-department topics that are relevant for partners.
- Demo products and provide support during deals to help partners effectively communicate the value of our solutions.
