The Channel Partner Intern will learn about driving the back end of the channel sales process, this includes assisting with reseller support, data analysis, item and pricing queries and supporting the channel sales team in administrative tasks and quotation when required.
This position is part of the Channel Partner Sales department located in Northriding, Johannesburg and will be on site.

Responsibilities:

  • Support driving CP and Reseller sales by offering support to the install base, order follow ups and general enquires.
  • Own and drive certail channel sales initiatives or subsections feeding into overall channel sales.
  • Contribute to the development and implimentation of local marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Support CP pricing enquiries, price lists management and communication.
  • Support CP Manager with annual CP Agreement renewals, correspondence and administration.
  • Support Sales Force Funnel management by running reports, follow up with CP funnel activities and sustainment metrics.
  • Engage CP’s via phone and email to update TMDM sales opportunities, CP allocation and follow ups.
  • Engage in Standard Work, through visual management, PSP, and countermeasures where appropriate.
  • Support CP Manager with data analytics, trends, and monthly reports.
  • Assist Channel sales team in coordinating visits and expo’s/demonstrations, etc
  • Listens to the voice of the customer and asks great questions which inspire breakthroughs for our customers
