We are seeking a results-driven Channel Sales Manager to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our channel sales strategy, managing relationships with our partners, and driving revenue growth through effective channel management.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management, preferably in beauty industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through channel partners.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and partner ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategy.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Nice to have: Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA prefered.
Responsibilities:
- Channel Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive channel sales strategies that align with company goals and drive revenue growth.
- Partner Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to maximize sales potential.
- Sales Forecasting: Analyze market trends and sales data to forecast sales performance and develop actionable insights to improve channel effectiveness.
- Training and Support: Provide training, resources, and support to channel partners to enhance their sales capabilities and product knowledge.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product management, and other internal teams to ensure alignment in messaging, promotions, and product offerings.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of channel partners, providing feedback and guidance to drive continuous improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on channel performance, sales metrics, and partner activities for management review.
