As a Channel Sales Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving growth.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As a Channel Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our channel partners. Your focus will be on large-sized partners across Czechia and Slovakia. You’ll collaborate closely with internal technical, business, and functional teams to secure deals and achieve sales targets.

HOW YOU WILL DO IT:

  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key channel partners. Understand their needs, pain points, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and close deals.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the assigned geographic area. Explore untapped markets and drive revenue growth.
  • Become an expert on Hitachi’s air conditioning products. Articulate their value proposition to partners and end customers.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and adjust strategies as needed. Keep a pulse on market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Provide training and support to channel partners, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
