Responsibilities :
Summary
As part of the Sales Team, this position will be responsible for developing new business opportunities through multiple channels such as distributors, integrators, dealers, OEMs etc., while ensuring existing customers are satisfied with our products and services. This role requires the ability to develop strong relationships internally within the organization and externally in the channel community. The ideal candidate must possess communication skills to work effectively with managers across different regions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business by engaging with channel partners (distributors/dealers) who sell our products into end-user accounts
  • Identify new potential channel partners in order to expand product reach
  • Work closely with existing channel partners to understand their needs and requirements so that we can better support them
  • Coordinate activities between internal stakeholders such as marketing departments in order to ensure successful product launches or promotions
  • Build relationships with key decision makers at customer sites in order to influence purchasing decisions
  • Manage forecasts, and financial Outlook files from channel partners & end users
  • Understand competitor landscape & strategies; report findings back to management team
  • Provide regular updates regarding progress made towards achieving targets set out in annual plans

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT, with focus on Channel Sales preferred.
  • Experience in handling large Tier1/Tier2/End-User customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Strong interpersonal skills needed for dealing with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to travel extensively within the Middle East Region
  • Self-driven, result oriented with positive attitude towards challenges
