POSITION SUMMARY

The Channel Sales Specialist performs sales duties aimed at growing Hikvision sales with our distribution partners. The Channel Sales Specialist needs to maintain and develop existing key account Channel partners, also needs to develop and expand the distribution channels nationwide and region wide.
The Channel Sales Specialist will act as a liaison between their assigned distribution partners,Product Management personnel, Hikvision senior management, internal regional sales teams, and other stakeholders. This person will track metrics, drive increased communications and be directly responsible for driving incremental growth at the distribution level. This role will have an assigned sales growth target along with specific targeted tasks (KPI’s) designed to grow and solidify the partnership.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY

  • Known, and well established, relationships at the most senior levels of the assigned distributor
  • Ability to develop, execute a business strategy
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to speak in front of groups of people
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point etc.)
  • Must have strong communication skills and ability to work with peers
  • Available for travel to regional and national distribution customers (about 25%)

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field plus 1 years of relevant experience
  • Security Industry experience is an asset
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin
  • Strong self-drive and self-achievement motivation
  • Accept fast-paced work and have good pressure resistance.
  • Open-minded, accustomed to challenging work, and willing to grow with the company
  • Occasional evening or weekend work is required to work with HQ personnel
