REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree required Biomed
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Minimum of 8 – 10 years of experience in sales in Medical Devices industry.
- Experience in distributor management

Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Medtronic’s products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
- Pursue leads, assess needs and provide product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic’s products and/or services.
- Promote and establish education of the company’s products and/or services.
- Conduct market research including customers and competitors’ activities.
- Implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
- Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D (Research and Development), Operations and Marketing.
- Find different and innovative solutions in-line with market dynamics through Conducting hybrid interaction models including virtual and/or physical communications to accommodate Healthcare professionals (HCPs) and market needs.
