POSITION SUMMARY:

SRE and Chaos Engineering – Chaos and site reliability engineer deals with prioritizing reliabiity work using service level objectives (SLOs). Involved in measuring the performance of the site, system and servies which are based on the service level indicators. This ensures not only in capturing response times but also other metrics like request latency, how long service takes to return the response without failing and without performance degradation.
IoT Architect – Dealing with devices , performing end to end simulation of the data using different protocols, development of custom tools from device to cloud and cloud to device.
Performance Engineering SME – Performance engineering and simulation of virtual users using the performance testing and monitoring tools like NFT SSP, Jmeter, Dynatrace, Newrelic, AWS cloud and dealing with end users, multiple teams and helping them understand the product used by them with techincal resolutions as required.

MANDATORY SKILLS:

• Strong experience in Performance Engineering, including good knowledge in SRE, Chaos, IoT areas, automation, testing GUIs, APIs applications
• Expertise in performance testing and engineering tools including LoadRunner, Performance Centre, JMeter, JProfiler, Gatling, Locust
• Experience with Data Analytics Tools like Omniture, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI
• Experience in APM tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, New Relic and CA Wily
• Experience in virtualizing services using CA LISA, DevTest, Wire Mock
• Performance testing experience in CICD using Gitlab/Bamboo / Jenkins
• Performance engineering expert in tuning applications and commissioning of applications on cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP and PCF)
• Experience in UI Automation Tools - Selenium Web driver, Cucumber
• Programming/Scripting Language - Java/J2EE JavaScript, Python, Golang
• Experience with tracking /documentation tools – Jira / Confluence
• Expert with CI/CD, TDD, BDD
• Knowledge in Accessibility and security testing
• Experience in Defect management system
• Participate in daily stand-up/ Sprint meetings with stakeholders

• Lead SRE, IoT and Chaos engineering for digital applications
• Coordinate between different internal teams (Development, Quality Engineers, Platform, Business Unites)
• Assessing the landscape and recommending required performance tests
• Conduct Non-Functional Requirement Analysis for Performance, Security, Accessibility and OAT
• To analyze new requirements for each new release
• Develop Performance Test Scripts for identified business flows, Design and Develop approaches and Stubs
• Execute Shift Left Services – Early Performance Testing, engineering and publish detailed reports
• To write scenarios and use cases for new requirement shared by the Client for performance validation, automation and tuning
• Attending walkthroughs and workshops with multivendor to analyze the overall Requirements and program need for the current performance automation and tests in scope
• Data set up requirements to be analyzed and set up as per the test case\scope for automation, test, and optimization purposes
• Workload model and scenario design; Identify various scope, test, monitoring, analysis tools and configuration dependencies
• Performance execution and result analysis
• Tune the applications and design changes to applications for high performance.
• Automate Nonfunctional tasks as part of CI/CD
• Operational Readiness Tests and migration for cloud-based applications
  Salary Range: $95,000-$124,000
