Responsibilities:

We are looking for a strong and enthusiastic Chapter Lead Business Analyst to be the hierarchical manager of around 8 Business Analysts (BA’s) of Finance Information Management . In this role, you also work on the craftmanship of the team, and you are responsible for setting standards for processes, methodologies, policies and tools which will be used by the BA’s.
Besides the business analysis chapter, you will also be leading a group of 3 colleagues who orchestrate data quality process, data privacy and the project portfolio within Financial Accounting, as well as monitor the control execution and run activities on Information Management perimeter.

  • coach Business Analysts on (Agile) mindset, behavior, craftmanship and continuous improvement
  • introduce best practices to Business Analysts
  • perform the PCB (Planning, Coaching, Appraisal) cycle with all chapter members
  • ensure qualitative alignment between Business Analyst Chapter members and the Product Owners
  • support & structure the growth and career trajectories of our Business Analysts
  • enable our squads to make an impact
  • discuss Business Analyst Chapter progress in skills development and future demand with management
  • ensure as much as possible the use of ING standard processes and tools
  • take a role in delivery, orchestrating activities related to data quality, financial accounting project follow-up, and monitoring of data privacy, information management controls and run activities
  • act to enhance end-to-end process analysis and data skills among the team
