We are excited to announce the new position of Chapter Lead for Developer Journey Automation squad within the Developer Experience (DX) Tribe.
As the Chapter Lead , you are an innovative and motivated leader, who blends deep cloud expertise with an enthusiasm for coaching and developing others. You serve as a “player & coach”, spending approximately 30% of your time on managing your Chapter, and the remaining 70% of your time as a doer in a Squad delivering value by completing work.
You will carry the HR responsibility for your chapter members, as they will report to you as their Line Manager. As a person you are therefore excited about helping them grow and develop by adopting a catalyst leader mentality and approach.
