As the Chapter Lead for Business Functional Specialists, you will have the opportunity to shape the strategic direction of our products and ensure the professional growth of your team members. In this new role, you will take HR responsibility, focusing on the professional and personal development of your team, while also defining and refining best practices to enhance the chapter’s workflow. You will:

• Engage in strategic discussions with Product Owners to align on squad directions, ensuring that your team’s efforts are seamlessly integrated with broader company goals.

• Utilize your deep understanding of business operations to identify and implement solutions that add significant value, translating complex business and technical requirements into clear and actionable epics and user stories in an agile, scrum-based environment.Facilitate workshops, agile ceremonies, and stakeholder meetings to foster collaboration and ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization.
