Your future chapter consists of 15+ Business Analysts who are developing processes related to securities and corporate actions like settlements and dividends. The team members are all experts and highly devoted to developing best practices for the benefit of our customers.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Business Analysts play a crucial role in the end-to-end process of our development activities. As a Chapter Lead, you are an expert in the role who can inspire and lead the team. You will have the HR responsibility of the team members and be responsible for the development of competences and practices. Furthermore, you will guide and help the Product Owners to make sure business analysis is done most efficiently. Not least, you will work with our Tribe Coach to define and implement improved agile processes and reporting.
Your chapter will concentrate on post-trade processes for securities and corporate actions, making in-depth knowledge of related deliveries essential. This encompasses an understanding of post-trade processes for securities, which includes financial accounting in global markets activities, hedge accounting, profit and loss statements, year-end tax reporting, and compliance with MiFID and TRS regulations. As an experienced leader, you have expertise in the implementation of vendor systems, migration of legacy systems, and transformation initiatives. In addition, you possess the following key qualifications:
- Experience: At least 10 years in business, product development, or related fields
- Expertise: Highly proficient in business analysis and well-versed in agile methodologies
- Approach: Transformative mindset with a natural curiosity and enthusiasm about their area of expertise
- Problem-Solving: Solution-oriented with a keen aptitude for decision-making and taking ownership
- Leadership: Demonstrated substantial leadership skill
