Responsibilities:
Technical lead role focusing on building up the right capabilities and people, equipping them with tools and skills, methods to deliver functional results, and ensuring they’re deployed to the right value-creation opportunities. Actively works in his/her domain as a team member, demonstrating strong competence:
- Participation in the daily tasks of the team in his/her domain
- Supports the Line Managers in planning the personnel and equipment needs of the tribe
- Participates in recruitment and selection of qualified individuals
- Ensure the continuous professional development of team members by proposing assignments and professional trainings. Mentors and assists chapter members, supports their everyday work
- Provides feedback, prepares a development plan.
- Makes proposals to the Line Manager on defining the compensation in line with team members’ progress, rewarding performance
- Provides support for setting up new tribes or squads, takes part in the initial planning of resource requirements
- Proposes, collects state-of-the-art processes / framework / tool improvements in alignment with the company framework and feeds it back to process owner.
- Supports the Senior Chapter Lead in improvement pilots and process improvement. Works out guidelines, scripts and provides deployment support
- Participates in planning and reviews of customer projects, provides on-demand support for task forces
