    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive specializing in process optimization to join our team. The ideal candidate will analyze current manufacturing processes and workflows, identifying inefficiencies and implementing strategies for improvement. This role will require collaboration across various departments, a strong analytical mindset, and a commitment to driving operational excellence.

Essential requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in process modeling software and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean methodologies).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Project management experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current manufacturing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process optimization strategies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to design and refine processes that enhance operational performance.
  • Conduct time and motion studies to assess process efficiency and recommend changes as needed.
  • Utilize data analysis and process modeling tools to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare documentation and training materials to support process changes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on process performance and improvement outcomes.
    Lead or participate in cross-functional projects aimed at reducing waste and improving productivity.
