Description:
Charge Hand | Permanent Full Time | Hamilton
- $26.84 per hour + forklift allowance + night shift allowance ($3.21 per hour between the hours of 8pm and 6am)
- Location: 1 Earthmover Cresent, Hamilton

Your previous experience in an operational environment will stand you in good stead and a fork-hoist licence will be advantageous. It goes without saying that you will have a commitment to excellence and proactive attitude to a team providing services at the highest possible standard. As a Charge Hand you will support the Team Leader in administrative duties, warehousing duties and some forklift operation.
Shift available: Sunday 0930 to 1800 and Monday to Thursday 0500 to 1330 shift

Responsibilities:
- Hold a NZ restricted or above licence (compulsory)
- Hold a OSH approved forklift certificate (desireable)
- Manage the daily performance of your team
- Support the staff and give clear directions to the team.
- Be a committed teammate who puts customers first
- Be ready for a physically demanding role – heavy lifting is required
- Knowledge in microsoft applications
- Work closely with the processing Team Leader to ensure that our operations are consistently smooth, efficient and safe during the shift.
- Have an accurate eye for detail
