At Ernest Henry, you can choose what suits your priorities. Work an attractive fly-in/fly-out (FIFO) or drive-in/drive-out (DIDO) roster and take advantage of our top-class camp, or live local in the close-knit community of Cloncurry and be home every night.
This roster is 8/6 (days) - 7/7 (nights) and a 12-hour day. FIFO is offered from Carins or Townsville.

About the role
Primarily, you will be responsible for the safe charging of development headings. This involves handling explosives and operating the charge car to complete all aspects of development charging. Additionally, you’ll be tasked with conducting thorough pre-start equipment checks, maintaining high standards of work and housekeeping, and operating a bogger when needed.
About you
To be successful, you will possess previous experience in underground charge up and bogging, a current QSEC card and proficiency operating Normet Charge Cars. You must hold a current C Class Driver’s License and be certified in Working at Heights.
