We are looking to recruit a Chargehand Multi-Skilled Shift Maintenance Technician to undertake a multi-skilled role to carry out maintenance, repairs and inspection of building, mechanical and electrical services, associated systems, plant and equipment in accordance with relevant standards and operational procedures.
The postholder will also assist the Team Leaders in leading the team of multi skilled trades personnel and technicians.
The postholder will be expected to carry out both routine and complex maintenance requests in an efficient and effective manner to support successful delivery of a customer focussed estate maintenance service for the Trust and assist the Team Leaders in the management and supervision of in house and contract labour to ensure effective maintenance and operation of all buildings, plant and associated services.
