• Must possess a valid Chargeman B4 Certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission).
• Minimum qualification: SPM / SPMV / IKM / Professional Certificate or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years working experience as Chargeman in Palm Oil Mill.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance.
• Based in Bintulu, Sarawak.

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems in compliance with Suruhanjaya Tenaga regulations.
• Ensure all electrical installations are safely maintained and operated as per legal requirements.
• Perform testing, routine inspections, and preventive maintenance, including minor repairs of electrical systems and fire alarm systems.
• Record electrical plant and main switchboard log readings accurately.
• Monitor and handle genset changeovers, water pumps, compressors, and motors.
• Ensure the availability and condition of safety signs, shock treatment charts, and PPE in plant rooms.
• Supervise the installation of electrical equipment to comply with regulatory standards.
• Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns and minimize operational disruptions.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and inspection activities.
• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors or Management as required.
