Description:

Position Summary:
As an Executive Assistant you will provide strategic support to the leadership team to facilitate day-to-day operations and drive business growth. You will manage key initiatives in marketing, project coordination, and administration.
Core Responsibilities:
- Partner with executives to develop innovative marketing campaigns that deliver against targets. Monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Streamline operations by handling scheduling, documentation, meeting planning, and other administrative tasks efficiently.
- Oversee projects end-to-end, ensuring stakeholder alignment, timely task completion, and flawless execution.
- Provide leadership with comprehensive administrative support to optimize productivity.
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure situations while maintaining efficiency.
- Proactive problem-solver who anticipates and addresses issues creatively.
- Passion for the industry with a commitment to continuous learning and development.
- Proficient in Mandarin Chinese, with fluent oral expression and good pronunciation and intonation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related field.
- 2+ years in an executive support or operations coordination role.
- Experience in marketing campaign management preferred.
- Proficient in productivity software and project management systems.
