Description:
Responsibilities:
Aspart of the Health Region Change & Innovation Hub team, drive and actively support the delivery of Sláintecare including the Health Region priority change programme and associated service improvements - ensuring these programmes are implemented and delivered to cost, time and quality requirements through the application of the required standards, frameworks, tools and processes.
Deliver on the change / project management approach by ensuring that all change is appropriately planned and implemented in a managed and systematic way in line with the Health Services Change Guide and the following project management guidance:
Ø Methodology: Act as a central point for approved project methodology, lessons learned and best practice to enable successful project delivery of work to agreed time, cost and quality requirements.
Ø Governance: Drive and oversee change & innovation at a local level and ensure that relevant Steering Groups, working groups and project teams have the appropriate information to make necessary change decisions.
Ø Integration: Connect projects and programmes across the Health Regions; identify interdependencies and risks; networking and promotion of change efforts throughout the health system.
Ø Delivery support: Assist change / project teams to deliver on an agreed scope of work by providing advice, suggestions and developing required team competencies.
Ø Oversight and traceability: Collate and report programme and project status reports for the REO, Executive Management Team members / Steering Groups and input into nationally agreed reporting processes; manage project documentation, including risk registers, schedules, incident logs, benefits plan etc.; monitor and review programme and project performance.
Collaboration: work within a team context that builds on the diversity of skills within the Change & Innovation Hub and across the system
