Brasserie NÒR is a modern brasserie that celebrates Nordic cuisine with a firm and stable footing in Europe. This means we take care of our local ingredients and traditional dishes but update them with Central European flavors. Recognition with a twist!

We are looking for a tasteful, orderly and curious chef for our kitchen team

The service includes:

  • Help to ensure the daily operation.
  • Be responsible for the different sections in the kitchen
  • You are able to properly prep for service and keep the required production.
  • Always be sure to deliver high quality food
  • Keep good communication with the immediate manager and the rest of the team.
  • As a part of the kitchen team you are responsible to maintain a good level of hygiene, health and safety.

The talent:

  • At least 2 years experience from a similar position
  • You are flexible, stress-resistant and have a professional and personal attitude towards colleagues and guests.
  • You are a team player and see the kitchen as a unit
  • You have an eye for detail and quality
  • You have a lot of energy, courage and passion
  • You are available to work nights and weekends
  • Able to communicate well in both in English and Swedish.
