Responsibilities:

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Day to day production and assisting with all food produced and served.
  • Production of a range of contemporary cuisines and service styles including buffets, formal dinners and cocktail parties.
  • Ensuring only the very highest standards of food presentation & creativity
  • Follows company procedures and policies
  • Stock Management – ordering & replenishing stock
  • Managing and running events such lunches, dinners and cocktail parties as required
  • Work according to safe work procedures, effectively maintained.
  • Maintain compliance for both customer and Trippas White Group.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL DEMONSTRATE:

  • Proven and successful background in kitchen and team management
  • A focus on providing excellent contemporary food!
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
  • Strong knowledge of food handling and hygiene principles

To be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • A qualified chef with at least 3 years’ experience in high quality and high-volume hospitality venues
  • Strong experience in high end hotels, restaurants and/or banqueting operations
  • Follow and adopt culinary trends
  • Demonstrated experience in being part of professional kitchen team
  • Ability to operate as a Food Safety Supervisor for some events
