Responsibilities:
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Day to day production and assisting with all food produced and served.
- Production of a range of contemporary cuisines and service styles including buffets, formal dinners and cocktail parties.
- Ensuring only the very highest standards of food presentation & creativity
- Follows company procedures and policies
- Stock Management – ordering & replenishing stock
- Managing and running events such lunches, dinners and cocktail parties as required
- Work according to safe work procedures, effectively maintained.
- Maintain compliance for both customer and Trippas White Group.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL DEMONSTRATE:
- Proven and successful background in kitchen and team management
- A focus on providing excellent contemporary food!
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
- Strong knowledge of food handling and hygiene principles

To be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
- A qualified chef with at least 3 years’ experience in high quality and high-volume hospitality venues
- Strong experience in high end hotels, restaurants and/or banqueting operations
- Follow and adopt culinary trends
- Demonstrated experience in being part of professional kitchen team
- Ability to operate as a Food Safety Supervisor for some events
