SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or chef role is an advantage but not essential—training will be provided for the right candidate
  • Strong knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, particularly during busy periods
  • A team player with strong communication skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-quality dishes

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Line Chef , you’ll play a key role in the kitchen, ensuring the preparation of high-quality dishes that meet the venue’s excellent standards. You will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking to order, and working alongside a talented kitchen team to deliver delicious food, even during busy service times. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for cooking and food presentation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, maintaining the venue’s high standards for taste and presentation
  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients and manage your section during service
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards in the kitchen
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
  • Contribute to menu development, bringing fresh ideas and creativity to dishes
  • Support in monitoring stock levels and minimizing food waste
  • Handle customer feedback professionally, ensuring any issues are resolved quickly
