JOB SUMMARY

  • Coordinates compliance activities such as the management of change requests, CAPAs, complaints, and Annual Product Quality Reviews (APQR).
  • Oversees internal activities related to these compliance systems and ensures that KPIs are tracked and communicated.
  • Responsible for supervising compliance specialists in charge of tasks related to compliance activities.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

a) Education:

  • BSc in sciences or an equivalent combination of experience and academic training.

b) Languages:

  • French and English.

c) Experience and Specific Knowledge

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in GMP and quality systems required.

d) Specific Technical Skills

  • Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Knowledge of production flows/stages.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinates activities related to change request processes, CAPAs, and the annual product reviews.
  • Ensures the achievement of individual and group objectives.
  • Produces KPIs for change requests, CAPAs, complaints, and APRs.
  • Provides quality support for customer complaint investigations.
  • Acts as a liaison with external clients regarding change requests.

MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintains a positive work environment conducive to the team’s performance.
  • Communicates information between management and the team.
  • Participates in evaluating team members and contributes to their development by identifying training needs and setting individual and team objectives.
  • Oversees vacation scheduling according to operational needs.
