Responsibilities:

The Epicurean full-time Chef De Cuisine will work in a custom-made, theatre-style kitchen that enables interaction between chefs and guests. Pairing this exquisite setting with an inventive and new approach to traditional buffets, Epicurean will set a new benchmark in buffet-style dining. In this hands-on role, your creativity and passion for food will be channeled into creating a dining experience that transforms the concept of an open kitchen restaurant into an exciting event. Reporting to the Executive Sous Chef, you will be required to train and mentor your team while liaising with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior-level management. Your advanced time management, organizational, and task delegation skills will ensure an efficient daily kitchen operation.
