Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Executive Sous Chef, the full-time Chef de Cuisine must be familiar with all daily operations in a luxury events kitchen environment. The Chef de Cuisine is responsible for leading a professional culinary team ensuring that the kitchen operates as a successful profit centre by organising, directing, and controlling production and administration in accordance with Crown’s standards and policies. This role is responsible for supporting and implementing culinary events operations in line with concept statements to deliver against set financial and people targets.
