QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• Level 2 Hygiene
• Level 2 Allergen
• Culinary Arts Degree or relevant culinary certifications preferred

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end, fine-dining establishment
• Exceptional skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strong creativity and a passion for delivering outstanding cuisine
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes within assigned sections
• Collaborate closely with the head chef and sous chef to develop new menu items
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, health, and safety
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, including demi-chef de parties and commis
• Control and manage food costs by minimising waste and maintaining portion sizes
