Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes within assigned sections
- Collaborate closely with the head chef and sous chef to develop new menu items
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, health, and safety
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, including demi-chef de parties and commis
- Control and manage food costs by minimising waste and maintaining portion sizes
