We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated CHEF DE PARTIE to join our busy KITCHEN TEAM in our award-winning Loch Fyne Oyster Bar Restaurant, assisting in the smooth running of the kitchen, preparing and cooking dishes from our menu. The successful applicant needs to have a strong background in a similar environment working with fish and seafood. You must also be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen, plus have good communication skills and excellent food hygiene standards. HNC level qualification or experience preferred.
