ATRIA at The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne is looking at a Chef de Partie (Breakfast) to join our team on a Full-Time basis. You will be overseeing the preparation, cooking, and presentation of breakfast dishes, ensuring that every guest enjoys an exquisite start to their day. This role requires a passion for culinary excellence, a deep understanding of breakfast cuisine, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, upscale environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervises the preparation and production of all hot or cold food items for buffet and a la carte menu to ensure that they are in compliance with the prescribed recipes and specifications.
  • Maintains food preparation handling and correct storage standards.
  • Recognizes superior quality products, presentations and flavor.
  • Plans and manages food quantities and plating requirements for the food operation (e.g., restaurant, banquet, pastry shop).
  • Communications production needs to key personnel.
  • Produces production prep list.
