Hours : 40 hours per week
Rate of Pay : £13.50 per hour

About the Role:
Applications are invited for a Chef de Partie to assist in managing the kitchen in a professional manner. The successful candidate must be able to consistently produce food to the standard specified, maintain kitchen hygiene, health and safety standards alongside all other legislative constraints and report any breaches to management immediately.
The successful candidate will also be required to monitor food, stock rotation, reduction of waste and ensure the preparation of meals reach restaurant standard on all occasions. Being fully prepared before each service and letting the senior chef know if there are any issues.
We are looking for someone with proven experience in a similar role and the ability to multitask and work efficiently, following instruction and recipes provided.
We also require excellent culinary skills, a professional approach, the ability to set a good example and work under pressure, excellent personal and professional presentation, strong interpersonal and communication skills and a hard-working and flexible attitude.
