• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard for breakfast, lunch, and occasional special events.
• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations at all times.
• Assist in menu planning, incorporating seasonal ingredients and dietary requirements.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and minimise waste.
