Responsibilities:
As a Chef de Partie in the Arbutus Room, you play a key role in delivering an exceptional fine dining experience. Working closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs, you ensure the line operates seamlessly, producing high-quality dishes with precision and timeliness. As a leader in the kitchen, you foster a positive and professional atmosphere by providing guidance, encouragement, and coaching to your team. You hold the team accountable for maintaining exceptional service standards while empowering them to grow and succeed. With a strong sense of ownership, you approach every challenge and success with dedication and professionalism.
